There is a NNO ‘Kick Off Party’ on July 28th at the Lloyd Center Applebee’s restaurant at 5pm. This party marks the start of Portland’s National Night Out. Come listen to the the Mayor, Police Chief, Fire Chief, and other special guests during a short program. Emergency response vehicles will be on display.
