Hello PNA Members, you are invited to a political event, no fundraising, just a chance to meet and greet the many Candidates for Portland City Council, District 2, and also to hear about the value and importance of keeping the Kenton Firehouse in North Portland as a public space, since the City is considering selling the Firehouse. The Firehouse is used today by many North Portland NA’s (including PNA) for public meetings, events and administration.
This is a simple social MIXER. No speeches by the Candidates, just 8-10 minutes of sharing about the Kenton Firehouse, then an opportunity to chat up the Candidate(s) of interest to you. There will be complimentary beverages, ice cream bars and fruit bars.
When: Tuesday, June 4th, 7-8:30 pm
Where: Kenton Firehouse 8105 N. Brandon Ave (we’ll give Firehouse tours too)
