II. Trell Anderson from Northwest Housing Alternatives to give update on the fate of Rosemont Court (597 N Dekum St), an apartment complex for low-income seniors
III. Fred Neal and Lory Hefele, Transition Engagement Coordinators from the City of Portland to discuss the City’s transition in 2025 to: ranked-choice voting, a 12-member city council elected by district and a citywide-elected mayor to oversee a city administrator.
IV. New Communications Committee formed to work through organizing/enhancing our communication platforms (Don)
