I. Welcome and Introductions
   In attendance were Brian, Deanne, Shaun and 14 neighbors

II. David – Update from North Portland Chairs Meeting
   There was a lengthy discussion regarding the upcoming restructuring
   of city government and the different ways that NAs may or may not be
   affected. Ultimately it is something we will keep on our radar and
   hopefully be able to have future presentations on to discuss more in
   depth with more details.

   A group of NAs have formed a new 501©3 in order to purchase
   insurance since the city will no longer be providing it for us, but it will
   be a reimbursable expense.

III. Update on Hybrid meetings
   All equipment has been acquired, but a test was not able to be done
   prior to this meeting. Goal is for November’s meeting to be our first
   hybrid.

IV. Elections
   Don Robinson is our new Chair
   Ben Meyer-Crosby is our new Co-chair
   Deanne Gómez will continue to be our Treasurer and Secretary

   A motion was made by Flame to accept this as our new board. Motion was
   seconded by Jude and passed unanimously.

   The old board and the new board will meet to discuss at large positions and goals
   and events for the coming year. A couple neighbors brought it our attention that
   we really must have an update on Rosemont.
