The PNA was given a copy of THIS letter from the City of Portland Bureau of Police to the Oregon Liquor Control Commission. Essentially the Chief of Police has forwarded a “no endorsement recommendation” to the OLCC.

Between 2007-01-01 and 2008-01-01 there were 37 calls for police service within 500 feet of the Civic Food Mart. Of those 37, 22 were within 100 feet.
